Question: Besides 2 Peter 3:18-21, are there other scriptures that refer to Jesus in hell?

Answer: Yes, I can think of a couple of other references, such as Acts 2:24-32. This reference is coupled with Psalm 16:10. Another passage is in Ephesians 4:8-10.
